Honest, knowledgeable , and reasonably priced. Ray is the real deal, he cares about his clients and doesn't recommend unneeded repairs. I'm really glad I found this shop. I feel secure taking my BMW here, thanks Ray!
Unfortunately, my BMW broke down on me while driving from Phoenix, AZ to Steamboat Springs... in Grand Junction, CO... last weekend on a Friday night at 10:00 PM! Lousy timing. Every warning and indicator light was going off, and I'm sitting there with a car that is loaded with ski gear, baggage and my two boys. What to do? So, I called Ray. Believe it or not, he called me back within 10 minutes (at 10:00 on a Friday night!!!), and walked through an over-the-phone diagnosis to conclude that my alternator was overcharging. It was clear that the car wasn't going to continue on with us on that trip, so he pulled out his computer and found me a mechanic from a network list of reputable and certified shops. Over the course of the next five days, he was also willing to take my calls and validate what the Grand Junction mechanic was telling me. Once again, Ray demonstrates customer service that is above and beyond what anyone might otherwise reasonably expect. Thanks again Ray
You have to love a mechanic who believes in karma. Ray would not sell you a service or part that he wouldn't sell to his own mother. He and his employees are extremely knowledgeable about BMWs, they care about their reputation and, more importantly, their customers. Recently I was having engine trouble and took it in to SMW for an inspection. Ray told me that the turbo was going out, but he took the time to look up the status with the manufacture date of my turbo charger. As it turns out, it was included in an extended warranty as a result of a class action lawsuit. He couldn't do the warranty work, but pointed me to a local dealership that he trusted. They confirmed the problem and agreed to replace the turbo chargers without charge (only after I prompted the dealer's service advisor to look it up based on the information that Ray gave me - saving me $5,480 in parts and labor). I won't take my 535xi anywhere else. Thanks Ray!

Great service and very reasonable prices. I've always trusted Ray with my car. When my 1998 m3 needed service and I heard that Ray now had Scott's I didn't hesitate. Beyond the great service and prices, Ray's customer service is like no other. He takes care of his customers, listens to them and takes the time to go over things with them. 5 stars isn't enough.
Scott used to own shop. He was terrific. I was at first nervous when I found out a new person bought this shop (Ray), however I was super pleasantly surprised as to how nice, polite, professional, efficient and FAIR he was on the price. It's like Scott in another person's need to worry, you will get treated fairly here and car will be well cared for. {Ray even went so far as to listen to different parts of the engine pulleys, etc. with a stethoscope to ensure nothing was Bad, etc..)..all was fine, I was not oversold on ANYTHING. I have several friends, family members and neighbors with BMWs and I will definitely refer them to Ray! FYI, Doris the office gal is super nice and efficient too. Great combo!
